What does ECC (Elite Cruise Counsellor) mean?
ECC stands for Elite Cruise Counsellor — a professional designation earned through the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA). It requires completing advanced training, hands-on cruise experience, and ongoing education across multiple cruise lines. It means when you work with me, you're working with someone who knows cruising at a deep level — not just the brochure version.
How does the booking process work?
It's simple. Fill out a quick cruise request form and I'll reach out to learn more about what you're looking for. From there, I research options, present you with the best fits, and handle everything from booking to final payment. I stay in touch before your sailing and I'm available by appointment, text, or email the entire time — including while you're on board.
